Identification
The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
Valid Government Photo ID is mandatory during check-in.
Accepted IDs include Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License and Voter ID.
Hotel Rules
Outside food is not permitted in common areas.
Smoking is prohibited inside rooms and public hotel areas.
Please ensure your room door is locked when leaving.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation in case of policy violations.
Guests are requested to report service concerns immediately at Reception.
Facilities
Swimming Pool access is available during operating hours.
Gym access is available as per hotel rules.
Guests are requested to follow all safety instructions while using hotel facilities.
Payments & Booking
The hotel may collect advance payment or security deposit during check-in.
Booking extension is subject to room availability and prevailing room rates.
For stays longer than 7 nights, payments must be settled weekly.
Cancellation Policy
Check-in may be denied if valid Government ID is not presented.
Minor guests must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Corporate bookings follow the cancellation policy mentioned in the agreement.
Privacy & Safety
Guest information is securely stored for check-in purposes.
The hotel follows guest privacy and safety standards.
The hotel may refuse storage of valuables exceeding security limitations.
